Selection of Hospitality Projects by RODA:

At 41 River Terrace in Manhattan (NYC – USA), Rockrose Development partnered with RODA to design a versatile rooftop amenity space for residents of Tribeca Pointe. Set along the Hudson River, the property features a 43rd-floor terrace with sweeping views of the New York City skyline. RODA’s outdoor furnishings organize the space into distinct zones for lounging, dining, and socializing. A curated mix of materials and colors from the brand’s collections introduces texture and visual rhythm. Through this intervention, RODA delivers elevated outdoor living that reflects the energy and sophistication of its urban setting. At 100 Jane St in Manhattan’s West Village (NYC – USA), Rockrose Development partnered with RODA to design a multifunctional rooftop amenity space for residents. The 5,000 sq/ft terrace, with panoramic views over New York City, was organized into distinct zones for dining, conversation, and relaxation using RODA’s outdoor collections. Dandy seating compositions, Aspic tables, Laze lounge chairs, and Surfer sunloungers create flexible, high-performance solutions suited to full weather exposure. More intimate areas feature the Estendo collection, while the Levante table by Piero Lissoni defines a refined dining setting. Through a restrained monochromatic palette, RODA brings contemporary Italian outdoor living to this iconic urban context. (photo credits: Simón Filigrana)
