Selection of Hospitality Projects by Mariaflora:

Four Seasons Private Residences at Jumeirah, located in Dubai, UAE, is an ultra-luxury residential development that combines the service standards of Four Seasons with contemporary architecture and seamless indoor-outdoor living. Calatrava, Giunco, Onda, and Spugna fabrics were specified for the upholstery of sun loungers, dining chairs, outdoor lounge seating, sofas, decorative cushions, for a total of 24 linear metres of Mariaflora fabrics.
Developed in collaboration with Dmitry Velikovsky Studio, the project features Mariaflora fabrics throughout the outdoor living areas, specified to complement Coco Wolf furnishings. Selected for their refined natural aesthetic and high technical performance, the textiles meet the demands of Dubai’s climate, delivering long-lasting durability, colourfastness, and ease of maintenance without compromising comfort or design.

I Mirador – 21 House of Stories Navigli, located in Milan (Italy), is the rooftop destination of 21 House of Stories Navigli, a hybrid hospitality concept combining hotel, coworking, and lifestyle spaces. Designed as two panoramic terraces overlooking the city, the project includes a pool lounge, cocktail bar, wine bar, and restaurant. A total of 100 linear metres of Mariaflora fabrics, including Kelso, Erfoud, Herrero Star, Cross, and Miraval Diamond, were specified for the upholstery of poufs, bar seating, dining chairs, outdoor seat cushions, and poolside cushions. Designed by RGA Studio, the project draws inspiration from Mediterranean outdoor living, combining natural materials, handcrafted details, and lush landscaping. Saltmoore, located in Whitby, North Yorkshire (UK), is a luxury wellness retreat featuring two boutique hotels, a state-of-the-art spa and wellness facilities, restaurants, and extensive outdoor spaces. The project reimagines a historic coastal estate as a contemporary hospitality destination. A total of 143 linear metres of Erfoud (colour 93) were specified for the upholstery of sun loungers and lounge armchairs throughout the spa and wellness areas. Designed by Holder Mathias Architects, with interiors by Sapin Studio, the project blends contemporary hospitality with the natural character of the Yorkshire coast. Mariaflora outdoor fabrics were selected for the spa and wellness areas for their natural aesthetic, soft hand, and high-performance properties, ensuring long-term durability in demanding hospitality environments.
