BELT modular sofa, PLAZA dining table, SAIA dining armchair

For the terraces of two of The Gwen Hotel main Suites (Lux and Superior), Varaschin provided its BELT modular sofa, PLAZA dining table rectangular, and SAIA dining armchairs.

BELT is a padded modular sofa available in outdoor and indoor version. The outdoor version framework is in solid okumé wood, the indoor version framework is in solid fir wood. Belt is also available in the two-fabric version in a choice of colors, the piping is in the same fabric as the back/lower part of the element (for both one- and two- fabric quilted version).

PLAZA is a dining table for outdoor use with a clean line, sleek style. Since it is suitable for outdoor use it is water resistant; the frame is in aluminium, the finish is white or brown.

SAIA is an aluminum and perforated texture armchair, available in different shades of color, it is ideal for outdoor use and resistant to atmospheric agents. Its linear shape makes it excellent to combine with any type of table, both with square or round top.

In order to achieve the simple, crisp and clean look of the backyard area of Hinsch Residence in San Juan Capistrano (California), Richard Lusk Landscape and Design studio choose Mirage Quarziti 2.0 collection to cover the pool and firepit area.

Quarziti 2.0 is a stone-effect ceramic collection for flooring and covering solutions characterised by a shading effect that recreates the authentic diversity of natural elements. A variety of modular, single-sized shapes gives you absolute freedom to install the material in the composition of your choice. The two natural surfaces used – R10 and R12 – also allow you to perfectly coordinate indoor and outdoor areas.

loloey Iberostar Hotel New York

HANDTUFTED AREA RUGS

Loloey produced two hand tufted area rugs for the lobby of the Iberostar Hotel in New York in 2017.

The two rugs have a dimension of 19’x12’, both of them have custom design and are made in New Zealand wool and polished cotton. Loloey worked in collaboration with Iberostar’s internal Design department, elaborating on their initial inspiration; in addition, Loloey also produced the hotel’s custom axminster carpets (80% wool – 20% nylon) for the guestrooms and the corridors, for a total of 58,000 sq. foot.
