Located on the outskirts of one of the most densely populated cities of the State of Alabama (USA), the Brookwood Village is an enormous shipping mall of the latest generation. It covers an area of approximately 70,000 m2 and has been developed to become a real reference point for the territory. From Food & Beverage to the most renowned brands of fashion, sport and footwear as well as a fruit and vegetable market and a leisure area: here, the citizens of Birmingham can find the right answer to their needs seven days a week.

The American architecture and design studio Tvs-design, responsible for the refurbishing project, has chosen Ceramiche Caesar and its porcelain stoneware as the ideal partner for the supply of the indoor floor covering material, by virtue of its aesthetic quality and technical performance, essential for an area subject to heavy daily pedestrian traffic.

KAYE SCHOLER HEADQUARTERS

Atlas Concorde ceramic tiles – Marvel furnishing project – were used during the realization for the new Kaye Scholer Headquarters project in New York distributed by Nemo Tile.

The architectural project is one of the works of the Gensler studio, and sees the extensive use of Atlas Concorde porcelain stoneware tiles on the indoor floors of the venue.

The Kaye Scholer Headquarters is a complex of refined offices and work areas that develop out from a large reception space and relaxation corner. The surfaces are bathed in light thanks to the large windows that give a particularly bright atmosphere to the space. Geometric shapes and marked lines also confer a minimalist and sough-after character to the project.

Chalk

Marca Corona Chalk collection bets on the diamond, with its variety of installation schemes, to create endless compositions, matching the 7,5×30 and 20×20 sizes. The 4 grey backgrounds come along to a rich dusty palette (pink, sage, blue, yellow..) and  38 geometric patterns, giving life to sophisticated chromatic geometries.

Bleecker

Bleecker meets the latest design trends displaying innovative OSB surfaces, available in 6 selected colours and 5 different formats. The authenticity of this recycled wood collection is emphasized by the 2 accent tones, Sage and Maple, and by the extra-large slabs 120x240cm.

Lea Ceramiche Type 32 Slimtech, begins with matter but ultimately transcends it. On slabs of laminated stoneware with a wood effect, the project surprises with graphics offered in 4 colour variations that allow for infinite combinations and which create an original and unusual variation on decorated flooring.

TAKE CARE SLIMTECH

SlimtechTake

The collection is made in Slimtech slabs 5.5mm thick, the innovative large, thin slabs. Consisting of two apparently different surfaces, Take Care is the result of a harmonious interchange. In Take, we see the continuous spatula finish between the resin and the cement, Care has a more hybrid identity, like a natural fabric reworked to give a more tactile effect.

TREX3 is for those who love the timeless charm of marble.
Three types of marble – Italian, African and Asian – have been selected to present original products with widely varying veining features. The collection offers three different colours: black, white and dove-grey, and three surface finishes: a natural time-worn texture, a high-impact, gloss-honed surface for exclusive environments and a gold-enhanced finish for those who wish to create an environment that is totally unique. TREX3 adds to the LaFaenza range a large 120×260 cm slab tile with a slim 6.5 mm thickness that is designed for particularly demanding interior design projects.
