The recent renovation of The Gunter Hotel (San Antonio, TX – USA) was led by DLR Group, who reinterpreted the interiors by honoring the building’s historic Beaux-Arts character while introducing refined contemporary elements to elevate the guest experience. Within this renewed vision, Loloey designed the spectacular carpet featured in the main lobby — a striking statement piece that welcomes guests with strong visual impact and reinforces the identity of the space. Loloey also developed the custom carpets for the guestrooms, ensuring aesthetic continuity, comfort, and alignment with the overall design concept.

The design for Hilton Anaheim (California – USA) was conceived as a destination that reflects a strong sense of place while meeting the operational needs of a high-volume hospitality environment. Led by Rodrigo Vargas Design, the project balances timeless aesthetics, functionality, and flexibility, creating spaces that feel both grounded and connected to Southern California’s lifestyle. Public areas are warm and luminous, while guestrooms offer a calm, neutral retreat. Loloey contributed to the project through the bespoke design of carpets for the corridors and meeting rooms, enhancing spatial continuity and reinforcing the overall identity of the interiors.

The new Andaz Miami Beach (Florida – USA) marks the transformation of the former Confidante Hotel through a comprehensive renovation led by EoA Group under the direction of Malcolm Berg. Loloey contributed bespoke rugs designed to enhance spatial harmony and reinforce the hotel’s renewed identity. From the organically shaped lobby to the refined guest rooms and suites, each custom piece supports a cohesive design language.
