Prize Draw Rules

Please read these rules carefully. By taking part in this Prize Draw (“The Draw”) you agree that you have read and accepted these rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from the Prize Draw. In this document, “We” or “Us” is Italian Contract 4HD (“IC4HD”), a brand by Lanari Associates srl, Milan, Italy.

1. “You” refers to the Participant or the Winner. The Participant is a Hospitality Design Expo 2024 Attendee who has been invited to scan their badge by Italian Contract 4HD personnel (identified by a pink ribbon) and enter the Draw in exchange for leaving their contacts and giving their consensus to be reached by newsletters from IC4HD itself or its co-exhibitors, which they can unsubscribe at any moment. The Winners are attendees who win the Draws (“The Winners”). There will be three (3) Draws.
2. The Draw is open to all attendees at Hospitality Design Expo+Conference (HD Expo) 2024 that have a registered attendee badge for the 2024 HD Expo and that will have their badge scanned until 2.00 p.m. on May 1^st, 2024 by IC4HD personnel (identified by a pink ribbon), located next to one of IC4HD booths (#4255, 4355, 4357, 4359, 4454, 4455, 4459, 4555, 4559, 4655, 4657, 4755, 4759), except employees of IC4HD and any related companies, agents, consultants, or anyone professionally connected with the Draw. The Draw is open to legal attendees, under the terms of “Attendees” for HD Expo. Please note that this Draw is not open to persons resident in countries where local, state, provincial, or national laws prohibit the Draw of, operation of, or participation in sweepstakes, lotteries, or similar prize draws.
3. The Winners will be randomly drawn during the cocktail party to be held on the show floor in front of the booth #4454 from 2.30 p.m. till 4 p.m. on May 1^st 2024, by extracting n. 3 (three) badge numbers through the online random picker Spin the Wheel https://ohmyluck.com/ . The list of badge numbers will contain all the badge numbers scanned until 2.00 p.m. on May 1^st, 2024. No badge numbers will be inserted in the list after 2.00 p.m. on May 1^st, 2024. Prizes will be as follows (colors may vary):

4. Winners and Participants must be aware that during the Draw and the cocktail party pictures and videos will be taken and these materials will be used on IC4HD media channels. By participating to the cocktail and to the Draw, Participants and Winners grant to IC4HD and its coexhibitors the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the Internet, at any time or times, the winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without additional consideration and without notice, review or approval and without any compensation.
5. The Draw is limited to 1 (one) scanning of the badge per person. If We suspect that a Participant has got multiple scanning from IC4HD personnel to submit more than one entry, only one entry will be considered.
6. The same Winner cannot win more than 1 (one) prize. In case the same Winner is drawn a 2nd time, there will be another draw.
7. By entering the Draw, all Participants hereby agree that We may collect and use their personal information, including the transfer of their personal data for the purposes of the administration of the Draw. We do not accept responsibility for personal information submitted being lost or damaged as a result of any activity carried out during the Draw or its preparation.
8. The Winners will be announced on site and/or notified by email or phone call or SMS within 2 hours following the Draw Time and must claim their prize immediately after the Draw if present at the Draw or the day after, that is May 2nd, 2024, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at IC4HD booth #4454. We will not be responsible for the prize once claimed for any of the following reasons: lost or damaged of the prize. In the event of any Winner failing to claim their prize within the day after, May 2nd by 1.00 p.m., the Winner will lose their opportunity to claim the prize.
9. No purchase of products is necessary to enter the Draw. This Draw acts as an incentive for the badge to be scanned.
10. Prizes will be as stated, and they cannot be transferred to a cash alternative. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. All taxes, costs, liabilities, and unspecified expenses associated with the usage of the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
11. All information submitted by Participants is subject to and will be treated in a manner consistent with Lanari Associates srl Privacy Policy available at the following link https://www.ic4hd.com/privacy/
12. We reserve the right to modify these rules, suspend or discontinue the Draw at any time. This is without limitation where it is necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or if it cannot be guaranteed that the draw can be carried out correctly for technical or legal reasons or if We suspect that any person has been manipulating the administration of the Draw or has acted unethically in any other way.
13. Except as excluded by law, Lanari Associates srl accepts no responsibility for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials.
14. As a condition of entering the Draw, all Participants agree that: (a) under no circumstances will Participants be permitted to obtain awards for, and Participants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; and (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event shall such claims, judgments or awards include legal fees.
15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Italian law and the courts of Milan (Italy) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
